Members always use Fello for free. Only churches pay, and only for the plan they choose.
Churches can change or cancel their plan at any time. Paid plans are billed in naira.
Fello takes 0% of church giving. Gifts go through Paystack straight to the church's own account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Fello is run by Fello Technologies Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. "Fello", "we" and "us" in these terms mean Fello Technologies Limited. "Your church" means the church workspace you join on Fello.
You sign in with your phone number. Keep your phone safe, because anyone who can read your texts can sign in as you. You must give your real name to your church and be old enough to use Fello under Nigerian law, or have a parent's permission.
Churches can use Fello free. Lite, Pro and Enterprise plans are paid monthly or yearly in naira through Paystack, and add-ons like extra SMS and streaming hours are paid when bought. Paid plans renew until cancelled. If a church downgrades, paid features stop at the end of the period already paid for.
When you give to your church in Fello, Paystack processes the payment and settles it to your church's own account. Fello never holds church money and takes no share of it. Paystack's processing fees may apply. Questions about a gift, such as a refund, are between you and your church.
Church admins and unit leaders can remove messages and members in the spaces they run. We may suspend accounts that harass people, spread scams, share illegal content or try to break Fello. Members can report anything that feels wrong from any message.
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. A church can close its workspace from the admin dashboard and export its data first. Some records, such as payment receipts, are kept for as long as the law requires.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we change them in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
