Do members ever pay?

No. Members always use Fello free, whatever plan the church is on.

Can we start free and upgrade later?

Yes. Every church starts on Free. Lite and Pro come with a 30-day free trial, and no card is needed to start.

Can we pay yearly?

Yes. Pay for 10 months and get 12. Many churches approve spending once a year, so yearly is often easier.

What happens if we stop paying?

Your church drops back to Free. Chats, calls, the Bible and giving keep working. Records and reports stay safe and come back when you upgrade.
